• As of January 13th, 2025, IMPIC will initiate the advance notification process via email, requesting the submission of documentation to confirm compliance with the ongoing requirements for the continuation of the activity. This communication will also include the payment guide for the Annual Regulatory Fee and the access credentials for the Online Form. The Online Form will be made available on the Portal from this date for the submission of the requested documents;
  • Subsequently, from January 17th, 2025, IMPIC will proceed with the dispatch of the aforementioned notifications via regular registered mail;
  • The deadline for the payment of the Annual Regulatory Fee for Real Estate Mediation Activity is February 21st, 2025.

Failure to complete the payment within the specified deadline shall result in the cessation of the license validity control procedure and the automatic cancellation of the license. Furthermore, failure to provide the required annual documentation within the aforementioned timeframe will also result in the cancellation of the AMI license.
