Sandra Jardim Fernandes and Sofia Quental, heads of VCA’s Immigration and Tax Departments, attended the event organized by Startup Madeira for the digital nomads which took place in Funchal, Madeira, May, 3rd. This event, which had the topic “Living in Portugal, all the legal tricks, tax issues and tips you need to know“, had the participation of Sandra Jardim Fernandes as speaker discussing matters related to Immigration in Portugal and the participation of Sofia Quental as speaker discussing the tax status of the Non-Habitual Resident (NHR) in Portugal.
