João Valadas Coriel is a lawyer and managing partner at VCA – Valadas Coriel & Associados, a firm he founded in 2001 with a clear focus on advising private clients, family offices, and companies through a strategic, cross-disciplinary, and international approach.
He is frequently called upon to lead teams in complex, multijurisdictional matters. Over the years, he has become a trusted advisor to individuals, families, foundations and corporations, known for his ability to seek practical solutions to complex deals and problems.
João is a TEP member of STEP – the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also a a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a certified tax expert by ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management.
