With extensive legal experience, Raphael Rocha joined the Immigration Department at VCA in October 2024. Throughout his career, Raphael has specialized in areas such as Immigration, Nationality, and Real Estate, building a solid track record of legal consultancy in both Brazil and Portugal.
Before joining VCA, Raphael provided legal consultancy at Lisbonlaw Advogados, from 2022 to 2024, focusing on immigration and nationality matters.
In Brazil, he accumulated over a decade of experience at Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. (now Vibra Energia S.A.), where he began as an in-house lawyer advising on Corporate, Regulatory, Competition, and Real Estate Law. Later, he was promoted to Legal Coordinator, taking on high-level responsibilities for business and strategic projects within the Operations & Logistics Directorate.
